Sentinel Tech Solutions provides custom software development, AI-powered automations, website development, security solutions, and IT consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property created during an engagement is transferred to the client upon full payment. The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sentinel Tech Solutions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sentinel Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
